Hello! A little introduction for The Cupcake Gallery! My Name is Emily! I’m the person behind The Cupcake Gallery! I bake a variety of cupcakes, offering both specialty flavors and custom create-your-own combinations! So, what’s the story behind The Cupcake Gallery? Well, I have always enjoyed baking and creating! Baking for fun turned into baking for others and becoming the designated birthday baker for friends and family alike!

I recently graduated from art school in the spring of 2025 and currently work full time at a museum as a gallery attendant. The Cupcake Gallery is also a way for me to combine my love for creating with my love for baking! I have always enjoyed creating for others, and with baking, what’s better than creating art you can taste? I would eventually love to merge my baking with my art as well, such as attending farmers markets to sell my baked goods as well as my art. In the future I would also like to invite other artists to sell their work alongside my baked goods, as a way to shout out local artists in the area! (This is all thinking quite far ahead)

  • I am fully certified! I have my ServSafe Manager and ServSafe Allergens certifications. I also have a permit through the town of Adams and am registered as a Home Bakery (Residential Kitchen) which requires regular inspections!

  • In my menu section of my website, I have links to my order forms! You are also welcome to get in contact with me via email and a call or text if you have any further questions or inquiries!

  • I ask for orders to be placed at LEAST 3 days in advance to the pickup date! However, in certain cases if I CAN manage a shorter period I will, so always feel free to discuss by contacting me!

  • My most popular specialty flavors are Cookies and Cream and Chocolate Raspberry!

  • I do!! Get in contact with me to discuss your order and from there we can discuss options! You can also reach out to me about the flavors I offer and the allergens they contain!

  • Yes! The Cupcake Gallery is open to large orders and can do a variety of cupcakes for events such as Weddings, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties and More! Large orders qualify as anything over 36 cupcakes and must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance!

  • Keep your cupcakes in the fridge until about 20 minutes prior to serving or eating! Your cupcakes are best eaten 5 days after their bake date! Do not leave cupcakes out in room temp for more than 4-6 hours!
